“ACTIVITIES” – HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH?

Have you ever wondered…

– If we are over-stimulating children with too many activities during the day?
-What are the age-appropriate work/activities for a young child?
-What is the role of ‘Breathing-in’ & Breathing-out’ process in making the daily life & activities of a child more calm & relevant?

In our next early year’s caregivers circle, we will be discussing ways to simplify the daily rhythms of our children, thereby avoiding over-stimulation for them.

We will explore simple, age-appropriate work & activities that are more meaningful for a young child and understand how these support their healthy development. As the parent’s role in simplifying the child’s rhythm is critical, we will also be discussing nurturing ways/methods that parents can use to make simple daily schedules possible & create harmonious, rhythmical environment at home for their child.

This is an interactive circle where we would invite parents to also bring in and share their own experiences and insights.

Please register at this link https://tinyurl.com/aarambh6feb by 5th February. The zoom meeting link will be shared to the registered email address shortly before the parent circle.
